The view from my room was nice and the restaurant had good food.
The room smelled like smoke and had stained linens. The staff was unhelpful and I had to ask multiple times for toilet paper.

we had an amazing stay at holiday inn inner harbor. the check-in process was quick, the hotel was clean, and we enjoyed a great view. the location was convenient for exploring the area on foot, and we loved being able to walk to the harbor, stadiums, and market.

I chose Holiday Inn Baltimore Inner Harbor, An Ihg for its perfect location near the Inner Harbor. The free dining for kids option at their on-site restaurant was a pleasant surprise. The option for an American breakfast was also a great feature, adding to the convenience of my stay.
Unpleasant odor and dirty conditions.

My family and I had a delightful stay at this hotel for a night. The friendly staff, especially Omaria, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location in a nice area, near the Baltimore Harbor, made it convenient for exploring and enjoying local attractions. The free Wi-Fi and well-maintained facilities added to our pleasant experience, making it a great value for the money spent.
Some minor cleanliness issues in the bathroom were observed.

Good location to the harbor, clean and secure rooms, not far from the activities.
Felt really welcomed, nothing too much trouble.
